This two-day class satisfies all of the requirements for the New Mexico Concealed Carry License. Students bring one box of 50 cartridges for each gun they plan use for qualification. This class is intended for shooters who are comfortable with shooting and handling their pistols safely. New shooters are encouraged to take the Introduction to Shooting/Concealed Carry Course.
This class teaches the knowledge necessary for the responsible concealed carrier in New Mexico. The only shooting performed is the qualification as specified in the Department of Public Safety’s Administrative Code (Title 10) consisting of 25 shots (15 at 3-yards and 10 at 7-yards). Shooters may warm up with 25 rounds. Minimum score is 72%.
